Returns & refunds

Before sending a return, you must contact us first by email or through the contact form on our website. In the subject line, write "Return + order number" (e.g. Return #1234).

Return conditions: items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of used candles or written-in journals. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Important: you must include your order number inside the package. If the order number is not included, we may not be able to identify the shipment and the refund will not be processed. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the order. If the goods show signs of use or damage, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
